Procedures and Bonus Prizes for

‘The Cubby Bag Fundraiser’

  1. Fill out our Organisation Fundraising Application Form, choosing your groups preferred commencement and completion date for your Cubby Bag Drive.

  2. Once the dates are approved, your organisation will be allocated an exclusive Promotion Code to be used when processing all the orders through our Cubby Website. This will separate your group’s orders from other customers and organisations​

  3. Promote your Cubby Bag fundraiser through your groups advertising channels.

  4. Individuals can order directly through our website, REMEMBERING TO USE THE ALLOCATED PROMOTION CODE, or you may distribute Customer Order forms to be completed and returned to your committee members for processing through our website, or both options. All payments are made online when ordering.

  5. After your group’s completion date your order will be processed and manufactured. We then calculate the fundraising incentive of 30% of your total order and returned this payment in full, to your fundraising group, along with any bonus prises attained. Our intention is to complete and send out your Cubby Bag order within 2 weeks of the completion date.

  6. Orders are individually packed and named, then sent in one big package to your committee for dispatch.

  7. We will email you updates about new products and ideas for your gardens and future fundraising opportunities.

Our Fundraising Incentive – receive 30% of the total sales, back to your group.

Plus…Your group will receive these additional Bonus Prizes when you reach each sales target:

  • Free freight for sales over $100 plus a set of 3 white mesh grain bags (Value $3.50)

  • Sales over $150 receive ‘Free’, one drawstring, open weave bag, with handle (Value $12.00)

  • Sales over $250 receive ‘Free’, an additional Set of 3 x Plant Bags (Value $12.00)

  • Sales over $500 receive ‘Free’, an additional vertical plant hanger (Value $15.00)

  • Sales over $750 receive ‘Free', an additional large Hessian Market Bag (Value $20.00)

  • Sales over $1000 receive ‘Free’, an additional Set of 3 x Upcycled Potato Sack, Produce Bags with handles (Value $24.00)

An example is…. Sales of $1000 = Free freight + $333.33 fundraising from sales + all the above Bonus Products ($86.50 worth of extra Cubby Bag Products) for your club to use, raffle or give away as prizes.
